Maulana Mohammad Yunus Khan R.A. Garden & Playground

For a long time, residents of Sr. No. 42 near Unity Park in Kondhwa Khurd–Kausar Baugh were concerned about the poor condition of the Maulana Mohammad Yunus Khan R.A. Garden and playground. Issues such as lack of maintenance, inadequate equipment, absence of greenery, no drinking water facilities, and limited amenities affected daily users, especially children and senior citizens.

After citizens approached Sameer Shafi Pathan with their concerns, he took the initiative to raise the issue with the PMC Commissioner and conducted a signature drive to create awareness among residents about their basic civic rights. Under his guidance, the matter was formally escalated with the concerned authorities.

As an immediate support to the community, free green net covering was provided for the open gym area, ensuring privacy and comfort for women using the facility. Through consistent follow-up and citizen representation, Sameer Shafi Pathan has continued to raise his voice for the improvement and development of public gardens and playgrounds across Kondhwa Khurd–Kausar Baugh.
