Our Vision
Is to build a people-centric, inclusive, and responsive Kondhwa–Kausar Baugh, where every citizen can access essential services, quality healthcare, education, and administrative support with dignity and ease.
At the heart of this vision is the creation of a permanent “Nagrik Bhavan” (Citizen Center) — a dedicated space for the people, designed to serve as a 24×7, 365-days-a-year civic support hub. The Nagrik Bhavan will ensure that citizens no longer have to run from office to office for basic services. Instead, administration will be available under one roof, within the neighborhood, at all times.
Through the Nagrik Bhavan, facilities such as Aadhaar, ration cards, PAN cards, Ayushman Bharat, pensions, certificates, welfare schemes, healthcare assistance, legal guidance, women and youth support services will be provided continuously, transparently, and efficiently.
Healthcare remains a core priority of this vision — ensuring that no resident is denied medical support due to lack of awareness, access, or affordability. Education, skill development, women empowerment, youth employment, senior citizen care, and support for persons with disabilities form the pillars of long-term community development.
This vision is guided by one simple principle:
Not power, but service. Not promises, but delivery.
A future where Nagrik Bhavan is not just a building, but a symbol of trust — where governance truly belongs to the people.

Our Mission is to establish Nagrik Bhavan as a permanent, people-first civic support system — a single, trusted space where citizens can access essential services, healthcare support, and administrative assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Through Nagrik Bhavan, we aim to:
Bring government and administration closer to citizens, eliminating unnecessary delays, confusion, and hardship
Provide one-roof access to documentation services, welfare schemes, healthcare guidance, and legal support
Ensure timely, transparent, and dignified delivery of public services for every resident
Strengthen healthcare accessibility, especially for the underprivileged, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities
Support education, skill development, women empowerment, and youth opportunities through structured assistance and guidance
Serve as a continuous grievance redressal and citizen-help center, not limited by office hours or working days
Our mission is rooted in the belief that governance must serve people, not inconvenience them. Nagrik Bhavan is envisioned not just as a building, but as a living institution of service, trust, and accountability, where every citizen feels supported, informed, and respected.
